Do not push the rotor down using
force.
If the rotor can not be tightened,
you have to remove it carefully,
align the notch and the retaining
pin again and re-install it.
6. Place the rotor lid onto the rotor, and attend to the
tight fit of the rotor.
7. Close the centrifuge lid and select speed and run
time (for detailed information about selecting the
parameters see the centrifuge manual). In accor-
dance with DIN 58933, we recommend the follow-
ing values to obtain reproducible results:
