To ensure optimum conservation, do not fill the food dishes right to the top leave at least 3 cm free at the
top of the dish.

Should the lifting system not work for any reason, take hold of one of the handgrips and raise the hood
fully.
When the equipment is switched off, the hood can be lowered and perforated stainless steel shelves replaced.
The weight of the shelves will hold the hood down.

Control panel

The control panel is located on the base and contains an electronic thermoregulator. The control panel enables
the machine's temperature with water to be regulated and the system heater and lighting to be switched on and
off (to use the thermoregulator, see the instructions hereunder). The light should be switched on only when the
machine is in operation.
