System Options

Unit number

Up to 16 System Sprites can be connected together and controlled
from one or more keyboards. Each multiplexer needs a unique unit
number. The Unit number is between 01 (default) and 16.
Note: The Unit number is only applicable if multiple System Sprites
are connected on the same network. An example of a network is
shown in Appendix A.

Menu Password

A password can be set to prohibit unauthorised access to the menu
systems. The default setting is off.
1. To set or change the menu password:
2. Use the cursor keys to highlight the Menu password option.
3. Press the right cursor key to highlight the Menu password selection.
4. Use the up or down cursor keys to bring up the New Password menu.
5. Use the Camera key numbers to enter a password of up to eight numbers.
6. Press the key to enter the password.

Record Lock

A password can be set to prevent users from taking a simplex (SX) System Sprite out of record mode. The default setting is
off. To set or change the record lock password:
1. Use the cursor keys to highlight the Record Lock option.
