CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Before cleaning the neck-and-back heating pad, the power plug must be disconnected from the power
socket.
In order to clean the neck-and-back heating pad, open the snap buttons on its cover and pull out the neck-
and-back heating pad.
The heating pad and its cover can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at 40°C using a
mild detergent.
Do not iron the neck-and-back heating pad.
Please do not use any detergents containing chlorine.
Do not dry clean the neck-and-back heating pad.
The neck-and-back heating pad and its cover cannot be tumble dried.
Do no use any high-pressure cleaners.
Make sure that the controller does not come into contact with any liquids. Liquids may result in damage.
Never use the neck-and-back heating pad while it is wet or damp. The neck-and-back heating pad must not
be switched on while it is drying.
Let the neck-and-back heating pad air dry. Do not use any auxiliary means (such as clothes pegs) to hang it
up to dry. This may damage the cables inside.
Storage and regular inspection
Do not crumple the neck-and-back heating pad. Carefully fold the product to store it.
Store the device in a dry place when it is not in use.
Allow the device to cool before you fold or roll it up.
Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs, if the appliance has
been misused or does not work, return it to the supplier before switching it on again.
Please do not use any chemical moth protection.
Do not place any heavy objects on the device during storage, as this may damage the electrical wiring.
In the event of malfunction or defects, send the device to the manufacturer.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please note the following aspects prior to any commissioning:
A. The neck-and-back heating pad may only be used with the controller supplied.
B. Voltage supply of the neck-and-back heating pad: 220 - 240 V~.
C. If any problems occur with the neck-and-back heating pad, send it to the manufacturer.
D. Only for indoor use.
E. When using an electrical device near children, conscientious
supervision is required.
