23. Load the refrigerant
DANGER! Coolant gas, high pressures. Explosion. Asphyxia, alteration of cardiac pace,
frostbite, anaesthetic effects.
BEFORE ANY OPERATION EMPTY THE ENTIRE SYSTEM!
WARNING! FIRE. Burns. Asphyxia
NEVER use naked flames and electrical tools next to gas
Only specialist technicians may recharge the refrigerant or work on the gas circuit according
to the European Regulation 842/2006.
Check that refrigerant circuit is perfectly sealed.
Only use original spare parts.
i
To load the refrigerant, see indication 15 of the data plate.
Refrigerant gas-
for the type and mass of the refrigerant refer to the serial plate
es used (chap. 9)
Procedure
Cabinets with built-in unit are hermetically sealed and the refrigerant charge is less than 3 kg. There-
fore, they are not subject to the obligation of system manual or of periodic checks for refrigerant
losses (Italian Presidential Decree.no. 147 of 15 February 2006 Art. 3 and 4).
For the R290 gas refill request the intervention of qualified personnel.
The components of the circuit are not accessible.
For any intervention on the compressor, send the cabinet to a support centre authorized by
ARNEG
