I f the switching point needs to be modified
(e.g. when an end position is modified by
external stops):
Turn the adjusting wheel 7 until the ap

propriate status LED 5 lights up.
The end positions must be pressurized for
accurate adjustment. Turning in the clock
wise direction +", moves the integrated
proximity switch in direction of the cylin
der centre.
In order to prevent the position from being
unintentionally modified, the adjusting
wheels can be removed (keep them in a safe
place).
7 Commissioning
Commissioning, complete system
Slowly pressurize the complete system

until the operating pressure is reached
(see chapter Technical specifications").
To do this use safety start−up valve type
HEL−... . Only in this way can you guaran
tee safe and reliable functioning.
Commissioning, individual unit
Warning
There is a danger of injury caused by the sudden release of pneumatic forces.
S Make sure that:
nobody can place his/her hand in the positioning range of the moveable
mass (e.g. by providing a protective screen)
there are no objects lying in the positioning range of the moveable mass.
