8.5.2. Kwikco proofer electrical connection
This should be carried out by authorized professionals accor-
ding to regulations in the country in question.
A magnetothermic switch suitable for the total intensity should
be included in the electrical installation in the premises. The
device should be fitted with an electrical plug for disconnec-
tion (supplied with the proofer). Disconnect the plug from the
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY before manipulating the electrical parts
of the proofer.
NOTE: The electrical plug supplied with the proofer is Schuc-
ko European type and must be placed in an easily accessible
location.

The proofer is supplied totally assembled and set for 230 V
single phase, plus ground connection. If the electrical supply
is 230 V three-phase, two phases plus ground should be con-
nected, and if it is 400 V three phase, one phase plus neutral
and plus ground should be connected.
