4. Initial setup
1. Affix the enclosed stickers to the front of the
KS-Mobil 400 l.

2. Fill the tank (see section 5.4).
Screw cap f onto filling connection. The contai-
ner is filled with a fixed filling connection. The
limiting value transmitter j must be connected.
The limiting value transmitter is factory-set to a
95 % filling.
The ventilation pipe must be installed in
order to fill the container.
3. Perform a test filling as described in section 5.5,
but hold the outlet manifold or delivery nozzle m
in the open filling opening f.
4. After completing the test filling, close the filling
opening tight using the cap.

The filling station is now ready for operation.
5. Operation
5.1 Storage
Do not expose the KS-Mobil to direct sunlight for
extended periods either during transport or when in
storage. Excessive heating can degrade the quality
of the high-grade plastic container.
If heating produces overpressure in the sealed
container, this overpressure will be released via the
safety valve i .
Suitable storage conditions:
• ambient temperatures from - 10 °C to + 40 °C.
• level surface
• canopy for storage outdoors
5.2 Loading the filling station
