Programmation error
The electronics will display PErr when a programming error is detected.
- More than one valve is set to Lead, so all the valves will display PErr.
- Many units are programmed with different systems, inlet water hardness's, calendar forcings
and power frequency Perr will be displayed.
- All the units in service will stay in service.
- All the units in standby go in service.
- When the error appears, the unit in regeneration finishes and goes in service.
- No regeneration will start as long as the error remains.
- As soon as the communication problems are corrected and the error no longer displayed (it can
take a few minutes for all the units of the system to stop displaying the error) the system comes
back in normal operation.
One or more units are programmed with a different
system than the lead valve.
More than one unit is programmed as lead.
One or more units are programmed with hardness
values, calendar forcing or different power frequency.
Note: During the incident, the system continues to record the flow through the meter and
updates the remaining volume. As soon as the error is corrected, all the units return to their
operating status before the incident; also a regeneration will wait to start in accordance with
normal system operation. If reprogramming the unit eliminates the error, the remaining volume
can be reset as if the system was at full capacity before a regeneration.
Note: single systems keep a standard display and do not display cErr, nor PErr.

Simultaneous connection and programmation
error
If the two errors happen simultaneously, the communication error will be prioritised and mask
the programmation error. When the communication error is corrected, the programmation error
will appear until it is also corrected.
No display
4
There can be no display at all for the following reasons:
- The electronics are programmed as a 2900 or 3900 valve and the connected valve has no lower
part,
- Or a bad connection of the electrical internal wiring.
5
Solution
- Check if the lower part is correctly connected, and press the regeneration button. As soon as
the display lights up, program the valve correctly.
- Reset the electronics, maintain the regeneration button during the cycle then program the
valve correctly.

CAUSE
Solution
Program the units correctly.
Program the units correctly.
Program the same values on all the units.
