Important safety information
Before using the power tool, read and follow:
- these operating instructions,
- the currently valid site rules and the
regulations for the prevention of accidents.
This power tool is state of the art and has
been constructed in accordance with the
acknowledged safety regulations.
The power tool may be operated only if it is
- used as intended,
- in perfect working order.
Immediately repair any faults which impair
safety.
Laser classification
The power tool conforms to a class 2 laser
based on the standard IEC 825-1/EN 60825
and to a class II product based on
FDA 21 CFR. Eyes must be protected with
the eyelid close reflex in case you
accidentally glance into the laser beam.
However, this eyelid protective reflex may be
impaired by medication, alcohol or drugs.
These power tools may be used without
other protective measures. Nevertheless,
you should not look directly into the light
source, just as you would not look directly at
the sun. Do not aim the laser beam at
people.

Electromagnetic compatibility
Although the power tool satisfies the strict
requirements specified in the relevant
directives, it cannot be excluded that the
power tool
- will affect other power tools
(e.g. navigation equipment on aircraft) or
- itself will be affected by high radiation,
resulting in a malfunction.
In these or other uncertain cases,
check measurements should be taken.
