29. Power Interrupted Memory
No matter how long the vehicle battery has been disconnected, the alarm
system will remain in the same state 5 seconds after the re-connection of the battery.
30. Valet Mode
This is for situation in which it is not convenient for the alarm to be armed, such
as car wash. In valet mode all of the alarm's security features have been turned "OFF"
and only the convenience features such as keyless entry can be operated.
While the alarm is disarmed or the vehicle's ignition is OFF, press the Override
Switch 5 times with all doors closed, the siren will chirp once to confirm the alarm is in
valet mode. Repeat the above operation to exit valet mode, the siren will chirp twice.
When the power supply of the Main Control Module is disconnected the system will also
exit valet mode.
31. Vibration Mode Of Remote Control
It is useful when you are in a noisy place and difficult to hear the beep sounds
from the remote control. The remote will vibrate when the alarm system is violated. And
you may disable this function if you think it is not necessary or for power saving purpose.
Press
will beep twice, and the vibrator in the remote control will be temporarily turned off.
Repeat the above operation to return to the vibration mode, the remote control will beep
once.
32. Door Open Alert (Programmable)
If the user or the passenger opens the door while driving, the parking lights will
flash to warn the others driving behind. This feature can be disabled. While the alarm is
disarmed, open the vehicle door, then press the Override Switch 5 times, the siren will
chirp twice, and this feature will be disabled after closing the door. Repeat the above
operation to enable this feature, the siren will chirp once.
33. Remote Control Learning Process
The system is designed to memorize codes of 2 two-way Remote Controls.
Please erase the codes memorized in the Main Control Module each time before
learning new Remote Control.
The process is as following:
While the alarm is disarmed, turn the ignition key to ON & OFF position 3 times then stay
ON. The siren will emit a short chirp (0.2sec.), then press and hold the Override Switch
for 5 seconds, the siren will emit two short chirps, the status LED will light solid
indicating the system is now in learning mode and all the codes memorized have been
erased. While the system is in learning mode, press
to be learnt, the siren will chirp once indicating the learning of the first remote control is
completed. Then press
After learning the second remote control, the system will exit learning mode, the siren
& once while the alarm is armed or disarmed, the remote control
