Problem
Vent fan comes on
automatically
SENSOR ERROR appears
on the display

Possible Causes
The vent fan automatically turns • This is normal.
on to protect the microwave if it
senses too much heat rising from
the cooktop below.
When using a Sensor feature,
the door was opened before
steam could be detected.
Steam was not detected in a
maximum amount of time.
What To Do
• Do not open door until steam is sensed and time
is shown counting down on the display.
• Use COOK TIME to heat for more time.
