To set up and manage your DIR-853, you can use the free D-Link Wi-Fi app, or you can use the
built-in web interface.

Step 1
On your mobile device, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play
and search for the free D-Link Wi-Fi app and download it.
Step 2
Connect your mobile device to the Wi-Fi network printed on the
included Wi-Fi Configuration Card. You can also find the Wi-Fi
network name and password printed on the label attached to the
bottom your router.
Step 3
Run the D-Link Wi-Fi app on your mobile device. It will guide you
step by step through the configuration of your router.
To configure your DIR-853, open a browser on a connected
computer. If you are not automatically directed to the D-Link Setup
Wizard, go to http://dlinkrouter.local./ and follow the onscreen
instructions. In the box under Admin Password, leave the password
blank and click Log In.
