TROUBLESHOOTING

The engine will not start and
doesn't make any noise.
The engine doesn't start

POSSIBLE CAUSES
A. Power supply disconnected
B. Make sure the engine is fed
C. Defective engine.
A. Make sure the feed voltage corresponds to the one on
the plate.
B. Check that the joints are made correctly.
C. Check the voltage input to the table and in the terminal
box the presence of all phases.
D. The shaft is blocked, look for possible blockages of the
pump or engine.
A. Verify the feed voltage which may be insufficient.
B. Check for possible friction between moving and fixed
parts.
C. Check the status of the bearings.
A. Verify that the ambient temperature is not too high.
B. Verify the calibration of protection.
C. Check the status of the bearings.
D. Check the rotational speed of the engine.
A. The pump has not been properly set.
B. Verify the correct direction of rotation of the three-
phase engines.
C. Ramp of aspiration is unevenly high.
D. Suction pipe with an insufficient diameter or too high
for a long extension.
E. Bottom valve clogged.
A. The suction pipe or the bottom valve, suck air.
B. The negative suction tube placement favors the
formation of air blisters.

REMEDIES
A. Connect the power supply.
B. Reconnect the engine.
C. Repair or replace the engine.
B. Correct any errors
C. If not, restore the missing phase.
D. Remove the obstruction.
B. Eliminate the friction cause.
C. Replace the damaged bearings.
A. Ventilate properly the room where
the pump is installed.
B. Perform the calibration with a proper
voltage value for the absorption of
the engine in full load.
C. Replace the damaged bearings.
A. Fill the pump and the suction pipe
with water and start the priming.
B. Revert between two power cables.
C. Refer to section 8 for the
"Installment" instructions.
D. Replace the suction pipe with a
larger diameter one.
E. Clean the bottom valve.

carefully checking the suction pipe,
repeat the priming operation.
B. Correcting the tilt of the aspiration pipe.

obstruction.

B. Clean the suction pipe and the
pump.
A. Fill with oil.
