After having finished cleaning, the machine must be secured against rolling away by removing the key from the key switch.
In addition, press the emergency stop button. Only then, the brakes are safely applied.
Air humidity during operation must be between 30-95%.
Noise emission is below 70 dBA.

2.7 Emergency stop

The machine is equipped with a red emergency stop button.
If obstructions appear suddenly, the machine can be brought to a standstill by:
Releasing the throttle handle and/or braking.
Or by pressing the red emergency stop button.
Or by removing the key from the key switch.
The same applies when reversing.
2.8 Maintenance, safety, service
Wetrok products are safety-tested at the factory. To ensure their operational safety and to maintain their value, a service must be carried out once
every twelve months or after 400 hours of operation.
Servicing may be done only by a Wetrok service department or by approved specialists.
General:
When cleaning or maintaining the machine, exchanging accessories and spare parts or switching to another function, turn off the drive, remove
the key from the key switch and press the emergency stop button.
Do not clean machine with high-pressure or steam-pressure cleaners or liquid spray.
To ensure trouble-free running, the fresh water tank should be cleaned regularly with Wetrok Ketovapor CIP3 (5%). The time taken for
Wetrok Ketovapor CIP3 to act depends on the amount of contamination in the tank.
Batteries:
Batteries contain corrosive sulphuric acid. Not to be taken internally, corrosive! Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Observe manufacturer's
instructions without fail!
Charging wet-cell batteries produces electrolytic gas. There is the risk of serious injury! Keep battery compartment open, empty tank
beforehand and open out! Keep area well ventilated during charging.
Maintenance-free and wet cell batteries may be charged using only a suitable charger.
Never have naked flames or incandescent object near the batteries. Avoid sparks near batteries!
Strictly no smoking.
Do not open maintenance-free batteries. Do not top up with distilled water.
Do not touch battery terminals.
Battery terminals are heavily insulated to prevent shorting by metallic bridging (e.g. spanners). Do not remove insulation.
Laying conductive objects on the batteries (e.g. spanners) is prohibited.
Do not clean machine with high-pressure or steam-pressure cleaners or liquid spray.
Damaged electric cables may be replaced only by specialists.
Accessories and spares
Use only Wetrok spares, accessories and components.
2.9 Storage, transport
If machine is not used, store in a dry space under normal ambient conditions.
First empty fresh and dirty water and clean out tank.
Keep tank lid open.
For long term storage of the machine, disconnect the battery cable.
Charge batteries every month when storage is prolonged.
Temperature must not exceed 50°C when transporting and storing machine.
At temperatures below 0°C, run machine for a short while with anti-freeze added to the water, and then empty.
When transporting over further distances, machine must be suitably secured and packaged.
Activate brake switch when pushing machine in a switched-off state..
2.10 Disposal
Material:
Both packaging and unused cleaning agents drawn in must be disposed of in accordance with national legislation.
Machine:
Disconnect battery connection cable.
Remove batteries from machine.
Caution: batteries contain acids. Do not open. Risk of corrosion!
Return batteries to manufacturer for specialist disposal.
The machine must be disposed of after decommissioning in accordance with regulations in force at national level.
