This appliance is for use on a nominal 120 volt
circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like
the plug illustrated in Figure A.
A temporary adaptor which looks like the adap-
tor illustrated in Figure B may be used to connect
this plug to a two-pole receptacle, as shown, if
a properly grounded outlet is not available. The
temporary adaptor should be used only until
a properly grounded outlet, Figure A, can be
installed by a qualifi ed electrician. The green
colored rigid ear, lug, or the like extending from
the adaptor must be connected to a permanent
ground such as a properly grounded outlet box
cover. Whenever the adaptor is used, it must be
held in place by a metal screw.
NOTE! This temporary adaptor is not permitted in
Canada.

MAINTENANCE
Always keep the cleaner in a dry place. The
cleaner is designed for continuous work. Depend-
ing on the number of running hours – the dust
filters should be renewed. A dust bag must be fit-
ted in the machine if the vacuum cleaners sack
filter is vacuumed. Keep the container clean with
a dry cloth, and a small amount of spray polish.

The size and quality of the dust bag and fi lters
affect the machine effi ciency. Use of non origi-

restricted air fl ow which may lead to machine
overload. Using non-original dust bag or fi lters
will void the warranty.
