The stability of the child car seat may be com-
promised by the position of the vehicle's seat
belt buckle. If the seat belt buckle is as illu-
strated at the top of Fig. 3, the child car seat
is not suitable for use in this vehicle or at least,
on this seat.
Field of application
_For use with child car seat harnesses. From 9
to 18 kg (age group: approx. 9 months to 4
years)
_For use with the car's seat belt. From 15 to 36
kg (age group: approx. 3 months to 11 years)

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Warnings
Only use the child car seat to transport the child
in the vehicle.
Place the child car seat on the appropriate seat
in the vehicle, facing forward (Pic. 4).
Ensure that the backrest of the vehicle's seat, if
adjustable, is locked in the upright position.
Make sure the vehicle's seat is set to the fully
back position.
Always respect road and traffic laws in your
country of residence.
SECURING THE Child car seat - FROM
9 TO 18 KG (approx. 9 months to 4
years).
Adjusting the car's safety belt
The child safety seat must be fastened using
the car's safety belt, in the following manner:
1. Release the two automatic "P" buttons on the

lower portion of the backrest's lining (Fig. 5).
2. Lift the lining and insert the car's safety belt as
indicated in the diagrams shown in Fig. 6.
3. Push the child safety seat against the back of
the vehicle's seat and firmly tighten the safety
belt, making sure that any slack is taken up
by the safety belt's retractor. Pull the diagonal
segment upward so that the child safety seat
is firmly fastened in place (Fig.7).
4. Lower the lining to cover the car's safety
belt and re-connect the two "P" buttons once
again.
Using the child car seat's safety
harnesses
Proper belt adjustment will ensure maximum
protection of the child. The child car seat is
fitted with a safety harness group buckle that
is easy to use.
1. Place the child in the child car seat.
2. Pass the child car seat's harnesses above the
shoulders (1) and pelvis (2).
3. The buckle must be between the child's legs
(3) (Pic. 8).
Fastening the harnesses
1. Join the right and left connectors, and then
insert them in the buckle until they click into
place (Pic. 9). The clicking sound indicates
correct closure.
2. To release the safety harnesses, press the
buckle button downwards.
Adjusting the harnesses
Pull the adjustment strap, on the front of the
