Tigella and pancake maker Use instructions
PANCAKES
Ingredients for 4 people
1 egg
20 g seed oil
20 g granulated sugar
23 g salt
170 g whole milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
130 g flour
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until well combined and smooth.
Heat greased Pancake Maker, pour a scoop of prepared batter into each recessed cooking
well.
Cook until bubbles come to the surface and break.
Turn pancakes over, cook for a further 2 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully remove the pancakes and continue to cook the remaining pancake batter, grea
sing the cooking plates and wells before each use. Serve with fruit and ice cream.
