Shaft Connection To Power Unit
Power unit is designed to facilitate a quick and safe connection to À exible shaft.
Connection Procedure:
1. Face the male hexagon of the transmission in the female hexagon of the motor.
2. Once faced the hexagons push until making that the anchorage of the transmission enters in the special lodging of the motor.
Connection possibilities
Length of the transmission: 6.5, 10 & 13 ft
Diameter of the vibrator: 25, 38, 48, & 58
Electric Motor Connection To The System
Turn off the motor switch before connecting it.
Electrical Connection
All portable electric appliances are dangerous if abused. This machine will only operate on one voltage. Check the power supply to
ensure it corresponds to the voltageas indicated on the rating label.
Make sure the Power Unit is switched off before you plug it into the power supply.
230v - Always use a Residual Current Device (RCD), (earth leakage trip), plugged directly into the RCD.
115v - When using a portable transformer it must have a minimum output of 2.5kw and to be continuous rated.
Extension Cables
If you need to use an extension cable it must be no longer than 15m / 49.5ft (115v) and 40m / 132ft (230v) in length. The wire section

must be 1.5mm
. Ensure that the extension cable is carefully laid out avoiding liquids, sharp edges and places where vehicles might
run over it. Unroll it fully or it will overheat and could catch ¿ re. Make sure that any extension cable connections are dry and safe.
CAUTION
When it is not used for long periods of time, store the Megavib motor in a clean, dry, and protected enivronment.
When transporting, ensure the Megavib+ motor is safe against damage occuring as a result of slipping, over turning and and sudden
impact.
Problems
- Motor doesn't work
- Motor works but is reheated
- Motor works slowly
- Motor make more noise than normal
Do not use damaged or worn out cables.
Do avoid heavy loads on top of cables.

Cause / Remedy
- Veri¿ es if there is current
- Worn away brushes
- Faulty switch
- Cleans the front grill of air
- Clean or substitute the back ¿ lter
- Veri¿ es the connection tension
- Broken trans mission or with blows
- Verify the cable or lengthen of connection
- Worn away brushes
- Bearings in bad state
- The rotor can touch the stator
- Housing broken or slack screws
