Switching off
The hearing amplifier switches itself
off automatically about 60 seconds
after you put the handset back on the
hook. The green light goes off again.
Connection possibilities
The TA-2 is equipped with a 3.5 mm
stereo jack socket, to which the follo-
wing accessories can be connected:
• Mini-headphones, e.g. Walkman
headphones.
• Hearing aid wearers can connect a
neckloop to the jack socket.
The hearing aid must be set to »T« or
»MT« in this case. It is easy to set the
volume by using the volume control
on the TA-2.
Please note that the loudspeaker in
the telephone handset is switched off
when a unit is connected to the jack
socket, in order to prevent feedback.
Special accessories
• Neckloop, item no. A-4927-0
The TA-2 can also be connected to
the following systems using the jack
socket:
• Infrared transmission systems
• Radio transmission systems
• Induction loop systems
