2 Description
2.1 Indications for use
The Tube Adapters 2R76/2R77, 2R57/2R58 and the Tube Clamp Adapt-
ers 4R91, 4R82 and 4R82=P are to be exclusively used for the prosthetic
fitting of the lower limb.
2.2 Field of application
Field of application according to the Ottobock Mobility System MOBIS
4R91, 4R82, 4R82=P, 2R57, 2R76, 2R58, 2R77:
Approved for a patient with a weight of up to 150 kg/330 lbs.
Attention!
Please avoid exposing prosthetic components to corrosive ele-
ments such as fresh water, salt water and acids. Using this medi-
cal product in such environmental conditions will render all claims
against Otto Bock HealthCare null and void.
