6 - PAY STATION

6.1 CAR PARK PAYMENT

1 Select the tariff to be applied from the available tariff list entered
previously by the manager. The default tariff is highlighted auto-
matically once the ticket is read with the appropriate reader.
2 The system shows the ticket details such as its number and date
and time when it is inserted. The previous payment may be shown;
this happens when, after paying, a car park user stays inside the car
park longer than the set exit time. The fee due is shown, divided
also into net and VAT amounts that are then shown on the ticket to
be used at the exit.
3 Select "receipt request" if you want a printout of the receipt.
4 Confirm to validate and complete the operation.

This screen allows paying a ticket by automatically calculating the fee, taking into
account any previous payment and discount vouchers the customer may have. Once
the transaction has taken place, if requested, a payment receipt is printed. If the entry
ticket is not submitted (i.e. manual payment), the system prints a ticket for the single
exit from the car park.
