WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock
• Disconnect the power supply power before
making electrical connections to avoid electric
• Disconnect each of the multiple power supplies before
making electrical connections. More than one disconnect
may be required to completely de-energize equipment.
Contact with components carrying hazardous voltage can
cause electric shock and may result in sever personal injury
or death.
• Terminations are made on the terminal blocks in the base of
the module, which accept up to 1.5 mm
• All wiring to the module is at extra low (safe) voltage and
must be separated from power line voltage wiring.
Do not run wiring close to transformers or high frequency
generating equipment. Complete and verify all wiring
connections before applying power to the controller to which
the module is connected.

controller could lead to personal injury or property damage
to the controlled equipment or other property, additional
precautions must be designed into the control system.
Incorporate and maintain other devices such as supervisory
or alarm systems or safety or limit controls that are intended
to warn of, or protect against, failure or malfunction of the
controller.
• Do not installed or use this controller in or near
environments where corrosive substances or vapor could
be present. Exposure of the controller to corrosive
environments may damage the internals components of the
