Problem Juicer suddenly stops operating and will not turn back on.
Solution • The Enerjuicer has a unique overheating protection
program which automatically turns the motor off to
avoid overheating. The blue LED Operational light
on the knob on the front of the unit will blink for
approximately 15 minutes or until the motor cools
down. Once the blinking has stopped, you should
then turn the juicer off and select the desired speed
to resume unit function.
Problem Juice spills out of the juicer or leaks from the rim of
the unit.
Solution • Check to make sure pulp container is properly fitted
onto juicer.
• Reduce juicing speed of the unit and slow down the
rate of food going into the food chute.
