Removing the flange
To remove the flange:
− open and remove the top panel of the panelling;
− loosen the screws (A), the bolts (B) and remove the
bracket (C).
Removing the flange (D) allows you to check that the inside of
the storage cylinder is clean and check the state of the magne-
sium anode (E).

− Remove the DHW probe (not supplied).
− Unscrew the bolts (F) fixing the flange and take it out;

− Clean the inside surfaces and remove the residues
through the opening;
− Check the state of wear of the magnesium anode (E) and
replace it if necessary.

− Check the condition of the probe-holder sheath and that
flange gasket is undamaged;
− Once the cleaning operations are finished, reassemble all
the components, following the above instructions in the
reverse order.

Tighten the nuts (F) fixing the flange (D) with the "cross"
system to exercise uniform pressure on the gasket.

Fully insert the DHW probe into the shortest sheath, which
can be identified by the lack of an edge protruding above
the plug. Lock the probe in place putting back the safety
spring.
− Fill the secondary circuit of the storage cylinder (see the
section "System filling and emptying") and check the
seal of the gaskets;
− Carry out a performance test.

Cleaning the appliance
Use a cloth damped in soapy water to clean the boiler's external
casing.
To remove stubborn marks, use a cloth damped in a 50% mix
of water and denatured alcohol or a suitable cleaning product.
Carefully dry after cleaning.
