START-UP AND ADJUSTMENT

 ADJUSTING THE VENTS
 When starting the appliance, open the vents to 50%.

Adjust the vent angle to increase or decrease temperature as desired in each room.
 NEVER COMPLETELY CLOSE A VENT
 ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT (0 to 90ºC)
 Run the fireplace at medium temperature for a while.

The factory setting of the thermostat is 45ºC.
 Therefore the motor will start when the temperature of the air passing through it rises
above 45ºC.
 A lower thermostat setting (for example 30ºC) will activate the motor earlier.

A higher thermostat setting (for example 60ºC) will activate the motor later, but the air
coming through the vents will be hot almost immediately.

When the fire burns down and the temperature of the air passing through it falls below
the thermostat setting, the CHEMINAIR unit will switch off.
