Replacing the blades

Replace blades whenever optimum sharpening is
no longer possible or when they are damaged. To
disassemble them, remove the securing screws (A).

Attention!
Do not replace just part of the set of
blades. Always replace the whole set not
to impair balancing of the rotor and to
prevent vibration.
Replacing the counter blade
Replace the counter blade when there are signs
of wearout.
With the machine off:
1. Remove springs (A) and (B) from pin (C).
2. Hold the pin (C), lift the cover and move the
toothed cylinder forwards.
3. Remove the 2 screws that secure the counter
blade (D).
4. Replace the counter blade.
5. Put the toothed cylinder back to working position.
Do not forget to fit the parts of the toothed cylinder
driving cardan.
6. Replace the 2 springs.

A
Important:
After replacing the counter blade, observe
that the forks are aligned when fitting the
toothed cylinder cardan.
