Cutting
The markings D.C.B.A.0.A.B.C.D on the right adjustment knob 4 are the
settings for the board thickness 9, 12, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 32 and 35 mm.
When adjusted correctly, the dowel holes are exactly in the middle and
the joint fits without offset.

Example of a corner joint
The boards are clamped as described in Fig. F. Loosen both clamping
levers 11. Proceed as follows for a board thickness of 16 mm:

lock locking lever 11. Place router to the rear contours of the tem-
plate 12 and cut the dowel holes into the horizontally clamped board.
Shelf joint
For these joints the boards must
be individually clamped and ma-
chined. Align subsidiary line on the
(long) board on the inner edge A
of the template. This line is identi-
cal with the centre of the dowel
holes.
