Data transmission via zigbee gateway
(FORA D15z)
Step1 Installing the Software
Install Zigbee Gateway and turn on the device. (Please contact
Customer Care Line at 1-888-307-8188, 1-866-469-2632 to set up
the device).
Step2 Data transmission
• After you finish measuring, your results will be transmitted
automatically.
• Press the RF button to transmit the latest measurement data.
The RF indicator on the monitor will light up and your will hear two
beeps from the gateway. It means your result has been successfully
transmitted to the server. The gateway will "beep" twice again and
then the monitor will turn off.
• While the monitor is connected to the PC or the server, it is unable to
perform a blood glucose or blood pressure test.
• When the Zigbee Gateway device is normal, the RF indicator will be
green. If it is red, please contact Customer Care Line at
1-888-307-8188, 1- 866-469-2632 for help.
• If you hear a long "beep" from the gateway, an error has occurred.
Please try the connection again. If the problem persists, please contact
Customer Care service for assistance.
