Use only equipment that is in perfect condition.
Maintain and clean the equipment regularly.

Have the equipment checked if necessary.
Switch off the equipment when not in use.
Residual risks
Even if you use this electric power tool in
accordance with the instructions, certain
residual risks cannot be eliminated. The
following hazards may arise in connection with
the equipment's construction and layout:
1. Lung damage if no suitable protective dust mask
is used.
2. Damage to hearing if no suitable ear protection is
applied.
6. Before starting the equipment
Before you connect the equipment to the power
supply make sure that the data on the rating plate are
identical to the supply voltage.
Always pull out the power plug before making
adjustments to the equipment.
7. Operation
7.1 ON/OFF switch (Fig. 1/Item 4)
Switching on:
Set the ON/OFF switch (4) to "I".
To switch off:
Set the ON/OFF switch (4) to "0".
7.2 Drill bit guide holes (Fig. 2 / Item 2)
The sixteen drill bit guide holes (2) are each marked
with a value which corresponds to the diameter in mm
of a drill bit (see Fig. 2). Check whether the drill bit
you wish to grind is marked with one of the diameters

7.3 Grinding drill bits (Fig. 2+3)
Switch on the machine. See 7.1
Insert the drill bit in the required drill bit guide hole
(2) with the blunt tip of the drill bit first. See also
7.2
Hold the drill bit as shown in Fig. 3 and press the
drill bit for approx. 5-10 seconds by applying light
pressure to it
The time required to grind the drill bit may be
longer or shorter depending on the thickness of
the bit
Then take the drill bit out and turn it through 180°
in order to grind the other end of the drill bit tip
Insert the drill bit in the equipment again for
another 5-10 seconds
Repeat the process until the grinding results meet
your expectations.
Now you can remove the ground drill bit and use
it for drilling again
Important.
Switch off the equipment when you no longer use it!
8. Replacing the power cable
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-
sales service or by similarly trained personnel to
avoid danger.
9. Cleaning, maintenance and ordering
of spare parts
Always pull out the power plug before starting any
cleaning work.
9.1 Emptying grinding dust
You can remove grinding dust from the equipment
through the opening for emptying grinding dust (3).
To do so, tap the equipment gently with the opening
for emptying grinding dust (3) facing down on the
floor or on some other surface.
