1.2 Correct use

The DT-Mobil mobile diesel filling station is an
approved IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) in
accordance with ADR for hazardous goods in pack-
aging group III (low-hazard liquid, water-polluting
substances).
The filling station is intended for use at a variety of
locations outdoors.
It may only be filled or transported having under-
gone a valid inspection/check. Repeat inspection
2½ years after the date of manufacture according to
ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2. Repeat inspection
5 years after the date of manufacture according to
ADR 6.5.4.4.1 a) and 6.5.4.4.2.
Note: The inspections must be repeated at intervals
of 5 years.
The double-walled filling station is additionally
approved for use as a storage tank in accordance
with DIN 6623-2. The regulations governing fire
prevention and industrial safety must be followed!
Operating temperature range: - 10 °C to + 40 °C

the single-walled filling station may
only be used with a collection tray.

Only a clean medium may be conveyed.
Correct use (preferably) concerns, for example,
the following liquids:
• diesel fuel.
• heating oil.
• biodiesel.
In accordance with the ADR, the following
are required for the simplified transport
of dangerous goods (< 1000 points):
• labelling (sticker) of the filling station.
• requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher (2 kg)
• carriage of supporting document
(in this case, carriage paper –
observe national exemption regulations)
(no carriage paper in Germany –
exemption 18 S)
• compliance with the so-called "1000-points rule"
in accordance with table 1.1.3.6 ADR, i.e. total
quantity per transport unit < 1000 points.

1.2.1 Summary
The equipment is not intended for any other purpose.
For safety reasons, modifications are not allowed to
the filling station (except for the addition of accesso-
ries specifically provided by the manufacturer) – see
section 6. Designated use also includes compliance
with all information in these operating instructions.

1.4 Product description of hand pump

The installed TP3 pump is a hand-operated pump
for the delivery and dispensing of diesel fuels and
similar materials from storage containers.
