2. LevMixer ® Drive Unit generates the levita-
tion and rotation of the single-use magnetic
impeller without surface contact. This allows
the Flexel ® for LevMixer ® to efficiently mix
powders, suspensions, solutions or emul-
sions. The drive unit is mobile, cart-mounted
and designed to interface with Palletank
®
LevMixer of different volumes.
The LevMixer ® drive unit is sealed for
water|spray resistance and has a splash
resistant control box. The unit is easily
maneuvered for placement under the
® ®
Palletank for LevMixer .
Notice:

– The LevMixer Drive Unit with locking two
latches can work with Palletank
50L, 100L, 200L and 400L.
– The Superconducting Drive Unit with three
locking latches can work with Palletank
for Mixing 50L, 100L, 200L, 400L, 650L
and 1000L.

4.4. Flexel ® Bag for LevMixer
The Flexel ® Bag for LevMixer
center magnetic impeller assembly. Its
unique sided K-weld design simplifies instal-
lation and facilitates the unfolding and fold-
ing of the bag during filling and draining
operations. The patented protection cap
provides robustness avoiding contact of the
impeller with the film during transport. It
also offers a large diameter port for powder
transfer.
