Device is not working
Remedy:
• Check the mains connection.
• Check the position of the rotary switch.
Other possible causes:
The device is fitted with a safety switch. This pre-
vents the motor from starting up unintentionally.
Remedy:
Check for correct seating of the mixing vessel or
the smoothie container.
The appliance stops during operation
Possible cause:
The device is fitted with a protective switch. It
blocks the motor in case of an overload.
Remedy:
• Immediately turn the switch to the position "0".
Disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket.
• Let the appliance cool for at least 15 minutes
before switching it on again.
• Reduce the quantity in the vessel.
The appliance leaks
Possible cause:
The seal ring inside the blade unit is missing or has
not been inserted correctly.
Remedy:
Check the correct positioning of the seal ring. The
smooth surface of the sealing ring must face down.
Unscrewing the knife block is very difficult
Possible cause:
The contents cause pressure during mixing. The
airtight seal causes a vacuum. This is normal and
no fault.
