ACCELERATION AND HANDLING OF THE TOOL
ACTIVATING / DEACTIVATING THE DECLUTCHING OF THE REAR WHEELS
You do not necessarily need the motor to be on or even the battery to be in operation in order to move the
lawn mower. To do this, you need to uncouple the rear wheels from the motor:
Activating the declutching of the rear wheels
- Pull on the 'Locking knob' (17) for each of the rear
wheels to uncouple them from the motor.
Now the rear wheels are not braked by the motor, you
can move the lawn mower easily without turning the
motor on.
CAUTION: In this position, the rear wheels are not driven by the motor, if it is restarted and the
lawn mower will not move.
Deactivating the declutching of the rear wheels
- Push on the 'Locking knobs' (17) and turn the wheel
until it locks in the blocking notch. Repeat for the right
wheel.
The rear wheels are once again coupled with the
motor.
TRANSPORTATION BRAKE
When the mower is stopped and the cutting blades are no longer turning, enable the transport brake in
order to secure the mower on a slope or cant. In this position the cutter housing comes into contact with the
rear wheels and acts as a brake. The mower can therefore neither move forwards nor reverse and cannot
be pushed.
- Hold the cutting height adjustment handle (13) firmly
whilst simultaneously pressing on the two buttons to
release its position.
- Hold the buttons down and move the front handle to
position 25.
