Starting instructions
•
Start the fan unit and ensure that the impeller
rotation is correct. Refer to the rotation sticker on
the fan motor. If the impelle rotation is incorrect,
change two phases (makes no difference which)
with each other (should be done by a qualified
electrician).

Ensure that the filter cartridges not are damaged.
•
Loosen the lower hose to the pressure gauge on
the machine (the pressure gauge for HEPAfilter if
such filter is used). Then turn the damper handle
until the pressure gauge shows 800 Pa. Remount
the hose.
Directions for use
•
After some time in operation, open the damper if
needed.
•
It is recommended to use ear protection if the filter
unit is used without silencer and without a duct
connected to the outlet.

Service (picture 3)
If the damper is fully open and the airflow through the
filter unit is still too low, it is necessary to clean and/or
replace the filters. The prefilters should be cleaned
when the pressure on the gauge is 500 Pa. The
HEPA-filter should be changed when the pressure is
700 Pa.

Switch off the fan.

Remove the servicedoors.
C.
Release the handles, that are fixed on both sides
of the HEPA-filter. Remove the HEPA-filter.
D.
Loosen the knobs that hold the pre-filters. Remove
the pre-filters.
E.
Clean the pre-filters and, if necessary, change the
HEPA-filter.
Cleaning the pre-filters
Wash from above with water based degreasant.
Maximum 60 °C. No high washing pressure. For
example: Chamber washer 5 - 6 times / filter. Let the
filters dry before it is replaced.
Drain pipe
When small metal particals contaminate the oil reser-
voir it is necessary to ensure that the drain pipe does
not become dogged.
Oil reservoir
Check the level in the oil reservoir and let the oil out if
necessary.
