Phenomenon
Q8: What sound does the appliance make in normal operation?
The sounds that the appliance produces
when it goes into operation are relatively
loud.
The appliance makes a" ticking" sound
when it starts and shuts down.
The appliance makes a scraping sound
when it is working.
There are sounds of a slight breeze
blowing when the appliance is working.
There are sounds of water flowin when
the appliance is working.
There are" whirring" or" gurgling" sounds
when the appliance is working.
There are rumbling sounds when the
appliance is working.
Cause
The reason is that due to the power
being put through, the operating
conditions of the appliance are not yet
stable.
This is the sound made when the
compressor is under normal operation.
Due to temperature changes, the
evaporator and the piping will make
sounds due to thermal expansion and
contraction.
A fan is at work when the refrigerator is
working.
When the liquid refrigerant is flowin
within the evaporator, sounds similar to"
flowin water" are produced.
Such a sound is made in the evaporator
and the compressor generally: when the
refrigerator shuts down and the liquid
working medium reflows it will make a
continuous or discontinuous sound like
a" rushing" stream.
When the defroster is going through
its cycles, the water which drips onto
the heated wires produces" hissing" or"
burbling" sounds, and after the defrosting
is completed, some kinds of slight"
crackling" sounds might be made, at
the same time the evaporator produces
some boiling or gurgling sounds.

When some time has elapsed after
operations are stabilized, the sounds will
then decrease.

location and adjust it so that it is
stable.
b. Move the external object that is
making contact with the appliance,
or move the appliance a certain
distance away from the objects it is
touching.
