1. Place the menasLUX on the text that is to be magnified.
2. Press the button q, to switch the light on.
3. Move the menasLUX over the text to read it.
4. After use, switch the light off by pressing the q button
once again.

Changing batteries

menasLUX is powered by a 1.5 V battery (Size AA, Mignon)
for the LED light. Should the brightness of the light diminish,
it means the battery is discharged and must be replaced.
Proceed as follows.
1. Switch the light off.
2. Open the battery compartment e, by removing the battery
cover on the underside of housing in the direction of the
arrow.
3. Replace the battery w with a new one of the same type.
Pay attention to the correct polarity.
