START-UP
1.
After having connected the pole terminals + and - to the corresponding battery
poles, turn on the machine's main switch. The green LED shows you that the unit
is connected to the power supply.
2.
Now turn the regulating thermostat to position 3 for cooling. You can fi nd the
regulator on the left-hand side of the machine. You can hear that your machine's
cooling system is working from the rushing sound of the ventilators. The machine
has cooled after about 20 minutes. You can see this on your thermostat pointer
which is now in the green area. Depending on the external temperature, you must
correct the thermostat regulator upwards or downwards.
3.
The machine should be cleaned in accordance with our cleaning instructions
under point H before using it for the fi rst time.
4.
Pour the desired amount of pre-cooled cream into the cream container.
Caution:
Never pour the cream directly into the external stainless steel container.
5.
Set the air regulator to position 1 - 2 and press the manual button until cream
comes out of the garnishing tube. If the consistency of the cream is not as you
would like, please read section E (Setting the air regulator).
If the pump does not siphon the cleaning liquid or cream immediately, then fully
unscrew the air regulator from the unit and add a few drops of water directly into the
pump. The pump will then be able to siphon again.
