INFORMATION ON THE CREAM
Even the best cream whipping machine can only fully demonstrate its capabilities if
you use the right cream. Remember that cream is a natural product which is subject to
different variations, such as the seasonal difference in the feed formula of dairy animals,
for example.
In general, the use of fresh cream with a fat content of between 30% and 35%
is recommended. When using long-life cream, a longer life is possible but it is
recommended that you purchase reputable products, as not all long-life creams can be
whip satisfactorily.

absolutely guaranteed. Even a brief period of warming can destroy the
culture and make cream whipping impossible.
The cream can be sweetened with any sugar in liquid form (syrup or liquid sweetener). If
you use granulated sugar, please stir it into the cream well.
