6.Maintenance
If you got a filtration unit with a brush-motor, the turbine must be exchanged
every 800-1000 operating hours. This will be signalized from the motor by
switching off automatically. The exchange of the turbine can only be done from
a service person, certified by TBH. Units with brush-less motor are
maintenance free
Do not attempt to clean the pre-filters and particle filters for reuse. Cleaning
the filters will damage the filter media and consequently the performance of the
filter. (Exception: Units of the FP-Series). Harmful substances air being
returned to the working environment. Do only change filters with protective
clothing/equipment

Cleaning the Unit

Disconnect the unit from the main supply before cleaning.
The filtration unit is covered with an robust finish (powder coated) . A wet cloth is enough
for cleaning the unit and use a usual cleaner. Don't use dissolver.
Please take care that no cleaning water gets on the electrical parts or through the cooling
louvers. Get everything dry with a cloth.
