3. DISMANTLING THE VENTILATOR
ATTENTION! Make sure that the appliance is unplugged before handling any electrical parts.
To change the ventilators proceed as follows:

4. ELECTRICAL OUTLINE
Switch positions.
- POSITION "0" : The fans will start-up at HALF SPEED AUTOMATICALLY when a fire is
burning in the unit and the cast iron parts reach a temperature of 50 ºC (in the area where
the thermostat is located).
When the flame goes out and the temperature of the cast iron parts falls below 50 °C, the
fans stop.
This position is RECOMMENDED when the user wants the fans to stop working once the
compact fireplace has cooled off.
POSITION "1" : MANUAL start-up of the fans at HALF SPEED. In this position the fans will
not stop working even if there is no fire in the fireplace and the temperature of the cast
iron parts has fallen below 50 ºC.
- POSITION "2" : MANUAL start-up of the fans at FULL SPEED.
In this position the fans will not stop working even

This position is recommended when a quick transfer of heat from the fireplace to the room is required.
To replace the fans, please follow these
instructions:
7. Loosen the front grille by loosening the fixing
screw (Fig. 1).
8. Loosen the screws that secure the fans (Fig.
2).
9. Pull them out tilted through the hole in the front
(Fig. 3).
10. Disconnect the fan connection cables.
11. Insert a new fan.
12. Proceed in the inverse manner to install it.
