Disposing of batteries
With the disposal of the old battery comply with the disposal regulations as described
above.
Comply with the safety notice when disposing (see Figure I) of the battery!
For this you need a Torx T6 screwdriver, which is not supplied.
1. Press against the cutter head and take it off the hair trimmer.
2. Remove the screw (Torx T6 screwdriver) inside.
3. Using a very small screwdriver unlock the cutting length adjuster and remove its
control unit and remove the cutting length adjuster by pushing it upwards.
4. Remove the screw on the bottom of the trimmer.
5. Slide the inside up until the limit stop and remove the on/off switch by pushing
upwards. The inside can now be fully removed from the housing by pushing it up-
wards.
6. Remove the motor with board and battery from the inner shell.
7. Disengage the battery from the board and dispose of it properly.
