NOZZLE REPLACEMENT, (fig. 16)
Do the following to access the nozzle:
Remove the flange-fixing nut and pull out the burner.
Hook the burner to the flange(1) and loosen the
screws (3).
Remove the entire combustion head group (2) from
the collar (4), being careful to remove the wires (5)
from the electrodes (7, fig. 17).
Remove the nozzle (6) holding the nozzle holder with
the aid of a wrench, as shown in the figure.
Refit following the operations in the reverse order to
the one described above, tightening up the screws
(3) with a torque of no more than 0.8 Nm.
4.8.3
ELECTRODES REPLACEMENT, (fig. 17)
Do the following to access the electrodes:
Remove the flange-fixing nut and pull out the burner.
Hook the burner onto flange (1), undo the screws (8)
and pull off the flame tube (9).
Loosen the screws (3, fig. 16) and extract the com-
bustion head assembly (10) from the collar (4), pay-
ing attention to remove the wires (5, fig. 16) from the
electrodes (7).
Undo the two fixing screws (11, fig. 18) and extract
the electrodes (7) for the replacement.
Refit with the reverse procedure to the one described
above, being careful to reposition the flame tube (9)
with slot openings as originally.
Tighten the screws, with a torque no higher than 0.8 Nm.
4.8.4
TUBE AND DISC REPLACEMENT,
(fig. 17 and 18)
Do the following to access the tubes and disc.:
Remove the flange-fixing nut and pull out the burner.
Hook the burner onto flange (1 fig.17), undo the screws
(8 fig. 17) and pull off the flame tube (9).
Undo the fixing screws (12, fig. 18) for the tube replace-
ment (13).
Undo the fixing screws (14, fig. 16) for the disc replace-
ment (15).
Refit with the reverse procedure to the one described
above, being careful to reposition the flame tube (9)
with slot opening as originally.
Tighten the screws, with a torque no higher than 0.8 Nm.
