4. OPERATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

5. FUNCTIONS OF THE KEYS
ON / OFF
Press the ON / OFF button to start the unit. Hold the button pressed for 3 seconds
to turn off the scale.
EN
UNIT
The unit change is possible by pressing the UNIT button. Then press up to reach the
desired unit.
PCS
Counting function: Press PCS to enter the counting function. The scales switches
from the weighing mode to the counting mode. By pressing this button, you can
switch from one mode to another.
ZERO
Press this button to subtract the weight of a container or any weight on the scale.

CALIBRATION AND PARAMETER SETTING
The calibration is performed in two stages. To calibrate the scale on 2kg, you need
standards of 1 and 2 kg. Turn on the scale. Hold pressed the zero key for 3 seconds
until the display shows „CALL".
The identification number of the scale appears (SCL)
Press briefly again ON / OFF to display „CAL-1". Wait until the scale displays „o"
Place the standard of 1 kg on the scale. It shows „PASS-1" and „CAL-2".
Then place the standard of 2 kg on the scale. It displays „PASS-2"
The scale is then calibrated.
FUNCTION OF TARE
1. Place an empty container on the weighing platform until the balance indicates a
stable value. Then press „ZERO" Your balance now displays „0".
2. To exit the tare function, remove the container and repress the „ZERO" button.
Your scale is back to normal.
AUTO-ZERO
1. Press „ZERO" if the scale does not show „0" when nothing is placed on it.
2. The area of auto zero is ± 2% of the total capacity of the scale.
DO NOT OVERLOAD THE BALANCE!

6. COUNTING MODE

1. Press „PCS" to activate the counting function. Your weight unit is maintained.
2. Press „UNIT", then choose between 100 and 1000 pieces and 10-1000 units by
repeated pressure.
3. Place a unit / object on the scale. Press ON / OFF for the scale to remind the
weight of a unit.
