Setting procedure

The procedure remaining after installation and connection depends on the
type of connection.
For CAN bus connections (connection to the CAN bus) you must perform
the following steps:
To synchronise the system for CAN bus connection,
see „Synchronising with a CAN-bus connection" on page 88
To check the system connection, see „Testing MagicSpeed (diagnosis
mode)" on page 93
If you wish to use MagicSpeed as a speed limiter: to set parameters,
see „Setting the speed limiter" on page 100
To test the system: see „Testing functions" on page 104
For analogue connections (analogue speed signal) you must perform the
following steps:
To synchronise the system for analogue connection,
see „Synchronising with an analogue connection" on page 91
Perform pedal test,
see „Adjusting the accelerator pedal manually" on page 92
To check the system connection, see „Testing MagicSpeed (diagnosis
mode)" on page 93
Start automatic mode,

Set the control sensitivity (if necessary),
see „Setting the control sensitivity manually (GAIN mode)" on page 98
