Why doesn't the link indicator on the parent
unit light up when I press
unit?

Connect the parent unit to a power
supply.

Reset the parent unit to the default
settings.
Why doesn't the on indicator on the baby unit
light up when I press
•
Replace the batteries in the baby unit or
connect the baby unit to a power supply.

Reset the baby unit to the default settings.
Why doesn't the
indicator on the parent
unit light up when I start recharging the
parent unit?
•
It takes a few minutes before the battery
indicator lights up especially when the
parent unit is charged for the first time or
not in use for a long period of time.
Why does the parent unit beep?
•
If the parent unit beeps while the
indicator flashes red, move the parent unit
closer to the baby unit to re-establish link
between the parent unit and the baby unit.
•
If the parent unit beeps and the battery
indicator flashes red, recharge the parent
unit.
•
If the baby unit is turned off, turn on the
baby unit.
Why does the parent unit generate a
high-pitched noise?
•
Position the parent unit and the baby unit
with a minimum distance of 1.5 metres/
5 feet. It takes a few seconds for the
acoustic suppression to activate.
•
Decrease the volume of the parent unit.
