Overcasting Stitch

Machine settings

w Presser foot : Zigzag foot A
e Thread tension : 3 - 7
This stitch is used to simultaneously seam and overcast
edges of fabric.
Use this stitch when you do not need to open seam flat.
Carefully guide the fabric so the needle falls off the edge
when it sewing to the right.

Knit Stitch

w Presser foot : Zigzag foot A
e Thread tension : 3 - 6
This stitch is used to finish a raw edge of synthetics and
other stretch fabrics that tend to pucker.
Sew along the fabric edge leaving an adequate seam
allowance.
After sewing, trim the seam allowance close to the
stitches.

Multiple Zigzag Stitch (Tricot Stitch)
