6.6 Methods of reducing the
effect of cooking process on
the environment
• To reduce Energy consumption, cook with using
covers on kitchenware.
• Aluminum filters must be kept clean
(recommended length of aluminum filter
operation between cleanings is max. 35h of
hood operation).
• Take care of permeability of the ventilation
pipes.
• The operation level of the turbine when cooking
shall be always set to a minimum gear, which
will allow removing the fumes at the current
intensity of cooking.
