INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Components necessary for installing a D-Bolt on concrete. Required fasteners for the installation are not supplied
with the product, the following components are also required:
§ hammer drill
§ concrete drill (please observe the information in the fixtures' assembly instructions)
blow-out pumps for drill hole cleaning (Würth item no. 0903 990 001)
§
§ cleaning brushes (Würth Art. No. 0905 499 007)
calibrated torque spanner with articulated head size 24

§ hammer
§ Würth injection system W-VIZ/A4 M16 consisting of:
1x anchor rod
1x cartridge with injection mortar WIT-VM 100 330ml (incl. static mixer)
§ Or
§ Würth injection system W-VIZ-IG/A4 M16 consisting of:

mortar
1 x anchor rod
1 x hex screw
1 x washer
1 x cartridge with injection mortar WIT-VM 100 330ml (incl. static mixer) (Würth Art. No. 0905 440 003)
Special note:
The minimum strength class of concrete must be C20/C25 and the concrete must have a minimum thickness of
170 mm when fastening using the Würth injection system W-VIZ/A4 M16 and 160 mm with the Würth injection
system W-VIZ-IG/A4 M16x120.
