5 Mounting
The camera can be mounted with a cam-
era mounting bracket (e. g. MONACOR
TVH series) at a wall or ceiling. For this a

" thread each is provided at the top and

bottom side. For outside mounting the
camera must be placed into a weather-
proof housing, (e. g. MONACOR TVG-
160).
6 Connection of the Camera
6.1 One-cable connection with the
power supply unit SCA-400
In connection with the unit SCA-400 only
one coaxial cable is necessary for the
supply voltage and the camera signal in
common. In the unit SCA-400 a cable
length compensation is integrated. Thus
cables up to a length of 600 m can be
used. Connect the camera with a 75 Ω co-
axial cable (e. g. MONACOR VEC-62/10)
via the BNC jack (1) to the power supply
unit SCA-400 (jack CAMERA VOLTAGE
OUT / CAMERA SIGNAL IN).
6.2 Separate video and power connec-
tion
Connect the camera BNC jack (1) via a
75 Ω RF cable (e. g. MONACOR VEC-
62/10) with one or several monitors.
Watch the correct 75 Ω termination at the
monitor resp. with series connection at
